VERY GOOD condition: the card covers have a few creases at edges, a small stain to front cover, the staples leave a light rust residue on inside at hinge otherwise internally clean and tight. Tells a few tales set in Maine: Pemaquid; the "Major Colburn House" near Gardiner; Winterport; Ancient Castine; and Kittery.
